 Requirements:

• Must be the owner of a single-family home, duplex, triplex, or fourplex

• Applications must be submitted within 1 year of work completion

Mississauga – Basement Flooding Prevention Rebate Program

Rebate Amount: Up to $7,500

• Sump Pump Installation – up to $6,000

• Weeping Tile Capping – up to $1,000

• Downspout Disconnection – $125 each, up to $500 total

• Storm Lateral Backwater Valve – up to $1,500

 Requirements:

• Eligible for detached, semi-detached, duplex, and townhome properties

• Property taxes must be up-to-date and no active bylaw violations

• Some jobs now require pre-approval (we’ll handle this for you!)

Peel Region – Backwater Valve Rebate Program

Rebate Amount: Up to $1,500
